ContractsXpert Upgrade Annual Subscription

If you're running ContractsXpert 2024 or older you'll need to upgrade to the latest version in order to be compatible with EstimatorXpress 2024.

On upgrading to ContractsXpert 2024, you will also benefit from the features released in ContractsXpert 2023, 2022, and 2021 if you're running an older version, including:

• Alternative quotation letter for re-pricing the job nearer commencement if agreeing to a project that is some months from starting.
• New clauses to provide additional protection - so that the price can be altered in exceptional circumstances e.g. pandemic or legal obligation that could not be reasonably foreseen.
• Updated definition of “Insolvency Event” in both subcontractor and client contracts.

Please note that the contracts contained with ContractsXpert 2024 follow contractual law for England & Wales. 

Please note that ContractsXpert 2024 is only compatible with EstimatorXpress 2024.

Our subscription option gives you a 12-month software licence, which includes our Support & Updates Plan. Annual renewal will give you continued access to your files and the software, together with software updates and over-the-phone support without which it will disable.
